INSTALL BLENDER 2.4x
Copy folder SLAV to .blender\scripts\
Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package from SLAV\REDIST\vcredist_x86.exe
File - Import - SecondLife Avatar
INSTALL MAYA 2011
Copy folder SLAV to ..Autodesk\Maya2011\bin\plug-ins\
Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package from SLAV\REDIST\vcredist_x86.exe
Open and start SL.MEL or
Load SLAvatar.mll and write command:
LoadAvatar "path/filename.XML"
or for default mesh just write:
LoadAvatar
Dump Avatar Apperance(shape):
Old viewers v1.23
Menu - Advanced - Character - Character Test - Apperance to XML
New viewers v2.x.x
Menu - Advanced - Enable Develop Menu
Menu - Develop - Avatar - Character Test - Apperance to XML
Get from the game SL folder
your_path/SecondLifeViewer2/character/new_archetype.xml
Rename new_archetype.xml
